Our team got an inside look at the latest updates at Burn ‘Em Brewing’s new space.
The team is striving for a February grand opening with the restaurant opening in April.
The new facility and equipment will increase production 20% with distribution just starting into Michigan. The plan is to hire 30 as the team is paving the way for creating a small batch distillery.
It’s a “labor of love,” said Steve Murray, head brewer and one of the Michigan City friends who opened the brewery in 2014.
